HELP PLEASE...

I am a student, lab technician in a neurobiological laboratory and have been given some imaging to do with imagej that I truely need assistance on. I have reacted sections of rat brain tissue with bFGF, and I am looking to find how to count pyramidal cells and their density through image j. I need to find data for my experiment as soon as possible. My question is how can i find this data through image j.
