Colleagues,
I have come across a plugin ( RG2B_Colocalization.java) by Philip Maurer(2004) that looks as if it would be useful for a course that I am teaching. However, the plugin is presented only in a java version. When I download the java file, I find that I am unable to compile it --legacy issues, I think. So, I was wondering if anyone has a compiled version that will work with the current Fiji or ImageJ implementation. -- or can suggest a way to do this. My thanks to all. Joel Joel B. Hi Joel,
I was able to compile it under Java 1.6 and emailed a copy to you. Sometimes the mail servers reject some files. If you haven't received it, email me and will find another way of sending it. Good day Joel,
a link would have been helpful... In ImageJ "Plugins >> Compile and Run..." works perfectly for me. (It is really a pity that this basic functionality doesn't work in Fiji.) Attached please find the zipped Plugin. Thank you all! It turns out that my standard ImageJ is installed with the
wrong Java compiler for that program. I'm delighted that others were able to do it. Next time I run into a similar problem, I'll include a link. Joel Joel B.
