Hi All
I am working on a project to analyse particle characteristics and movement. I have absolutely no programming or image processing experience. I would really appreciate any help and if anyone is willing to communicate with me through im.
A short summary of the project:
I have small particles flowing through small channels. I have captured images and video of the particles. I want to use the still images to determine the particles size and shape. And then I want to use the recorded video to tag and track particles as the move through the channels and then calculate their speed and frequency.
I have looked at the tutorial on the automatic particle analyser and would really like to talk to someone to help me to get it to work right for my images. I also need allot of assistance with the tracking of the particles.
