I am a complete ImageJ neophyte, and not programming savvy.
It would save a tremendous amount of work though if I could automate
the process of doing particle analysis of several image sequences. I
just want it to take each image sequence (each with a unique file
prefix or even each in their own sub-directory), convert it to binary,
and then run the particle analysis and store the results in a
spreadsheet.
Its also possible that it could simply load each image individually,
as long as it keeps the filenames associated with the particle data, I
can sort that out easily enough in Excel.
I feel like this is simple, or that someone already has a plugin for
this, any ideas?
