Help with Circular Visualisation in ImajeJ

zakperic
HI All,

I am currently looking plotting a vast number of images from instagram. At the moment I am stuck in getting ImajeJ to create a circular image plot (360 degrees) say from less saturated images in the center to very saturated images in the perimeter of circle.

Something like the images attached below.

Any help would be much appreciated.......

To plot
to plot

Best

Zak

I am getting circular visualizations by accident. Maybe if I will find why it occurs that could help you.
