Help with bioformat solution

Dear,

I was unable to open .lif file and got help from bioformat. They provided me a link to the solution but I honestly don't know what I am supposed to do exactly in order to open my file using fiji. Below is the link bioformat gave me. I'm new to fiji and don't know what to do.

Hi Mai,

Try enabling the Bio-Formats update site and see if your .lif file works
now.
