Help with dcmie plug-in

Hello,

I'm looking for some help with the dcmie plug-in for ImageJ, which is used to import and export DICOM files.

When I use this plug-in to import DICOM files, the DICOM headers no longer appear when I use Image > Show Info. Instead I can see the header tags when I use the plug-ins "Property Lister".

However I wish to use some of the values for the header tags as part of a macro, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to access the metadata, or where the plug-in actually stores it?
