*I am a new bie to image analysis.*
*My query goes as follows:*

*I have rat brain immunohistochemistry image stained with DAPI, Alexafluor
555, and Alexafluor 488.*
*In sum i have 3 different colors. I want to count the number of positive
cells for each dye.*
*If some of the experts could suggest me a good analysis solution on how to
do this with image J*
*I would be really thankful to you guys for helping me out.*
