Help with marking rounded objects avoiding artefacts with similar shapes

I've used some filters to detect rounded shapes, try to use a Hough transform and etc. But didn't get a proper result.
Description of images: green arrows show objects, black arrows artefacts. Vertical and horizontal lines are limit the ROI.
Any help will be appreciated.
