I'm saving a stack file (with multiple channels and multiple z positions)
as a bunch of single images using Save As --> Image Sequence. The default naming of the single images is "stackname_z001_c001.tif" where the z and c correspond to the z position and channel of the specific image. How can I make it save as "filename_c001_z001.tif" instead? I just want to switch the order of saving the channel position and z position. Thanks! Hi Kelly,
an easy way would be to split the image into independant channels and to save each channel as sequence... I hope it would help you, Romain --------------------------------------------------------------- Dr. Romain Guiet Bioimaging and Optics Platform (PT-BIOP) Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) Faculty of Life Sciences Station 19, AI 0140 CH-1015 Lausanne Phone: [+4121 69] 39629 http://biop.epfl.ch/ --------------------------------------------------------------- ________________________________________ De : ImageJ Interest Group [[hidden email]] de la part de Kelly Burke [[hidden email]] Envoyé : mardi 21 avril 2015 03:22 À : [hidden email] Objet : Help with saving Image Sequence I'm saving a stack file (with multiple channels and multiple z positions) as a bunch of single images using Save As --> Image Sequence. Okay, thank you, I'll try that.
