Hexagonal cell measurements

Hi everyone,

I was wondering about my image after I run macros. Firstly, I use code and steps which are from this forum

It is very useful steps and really worked, but my problem is that I found the border of the cells is not the same as the original one I put. Could you please recommend me how to solve this problem or is there anything I miss?
