Hi I’ve trawled through the list but I can’t write come up with the right solution. My old ImageJ install stopped working as described by the High Sierra problem so I downloaded the new ImageJ java bundle but now I’ve lost my plugins folder - where does it go?. Here’s the output from Show Info. I do a lot with NIFTI so really need that nifti_io.jar plugin to work (and no it doesn’t work if I download it again) ImageJ 1.52k; Java 1.8.0_172 [64-bit]; Mac OS X 10.13.6; 21MB of 3000MB (<1%) No images are open ImageJ home: /Applications/ImageJ/ImageJ.app/ Java home: /Applications/ImageJ/ImageJ.app/jre Screen size: 2560x1440 GUI scale: 1.00 SetMenuBarCount: 1 (0ms) PLEASE USE [hidden email]<mailto:[hidden email]> FOR ALL GENERAL ENQUIRIES Anna Barnes, PhD, CSci, FIPEM Clinical Scientist (PETMRI), INM, UCH HEE/NIHR-Senior Clinical Lecturer, CMI, UCL UCL Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust 235 Euston Road | London NW1 2BU | UK [hidden email]<mailto:[hidden email]> or [hidden email]<mailto:[hidden email]> 07944310511 ******************************************************************************************************************** This message may contain confidential information. I do a lot with NIFTI so really need that nifti_io.jar plugin to work (and no it doesn’t work if I download it again) You can copy nifti_io.jar from your old plugins folder to the new one, which is inside the ImageJ.app bundle. You get to the new plugins folder by right-clicking on ImageJ.app and selecting “Show package contents” from the drop down menu. Or use Help>Upgrade ImageJ to upgrade to the latest version of ImageJ (1.52q) and select File>Show Folder>Plugins. But this should not be necessary since nifti_io.jar is included with the ImageJ distribution downloaded from https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html. It should be at /Applications/ImageJ.app/plugins/Input-Output/nifti_io.jar. -wayne > ImageJ 1.52k; Java 1.8.0_172 [64-bit]; Mac OS X 10.13.6; 21MB of 3000MB (<1%) > > No images are open > ImageJ home: /Applications/ImageJ/ImageJ.app/ > Java home: /Applications/ImageJ/ImageJ.app/jre > Screen size: 2560x1440 > GUI scale: 1.00 > SetMenuBarCount: 1 (0ms) -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
