How can I extract multiple X and Y coordinate patterns from an image and create csv file

Hello,

We have a image montage from a 2-axis piezo stage and we would like to manually plot multiple grid patterns over a area of the image and extract the X and Y pixel coordinates for each pattern. We would like to convert those pixel numbers to microns based on the appropriate conversion factor. Finally we would like to export the numbers of these maps to a csv file.

Grid 1
X1, Y1, X2, Y2
Xn,Yn, Xn2, Y2n2

Does anyone have any ideas?
