How can I open a .vol with ImageJ?

Croust
Hi,

I make some pictures thank to a microCT. I obtain one picture per projection and I reconstruct my volume from those pictures to have a .vol. A certain angle separates all my .tif.
I would like to use ImageJ with all its plugins, but I can't open my .vol.
I've tried to import it but it doesn't work. And I've tried to open it such as a raw and entered some data, but it required some pixel size and I just have voxel size.
Moreover I have a .vgi file and .xtekct.

Do you know if it's possible to open my volume? Or if not, can I convert it into a format which could be opened by ImageJ?

Thank
hcc

Hi,

I was just wondering if you found a way of opening your .vol file in ImageJ as I am having the same trouble.

Many thanks

This .vol format?
http://paulbourke.net/dataformats/vol/

If so, it looks like it would be really straightforward to create a file
format plugin for it. Would you be willing to upload a sample dataset via
Help > Upload Sample Image?
