How to Automate Measurements in Videos?

Hello,

I have videos of an object that needs to be sized. It is barrel shaped and
the measurements are to be made at the top, middle, and bottom throughout
the video. For the last few days I've gone through videos in .5 second
intervals and made 3 measurements in each of these frames, but it is taking
too long.

Is there a way to automate this in ImageJ? The object is white on a dark
background, so if it requires processing to increase the contrast that is
possible.

Hi Doan, it would help if you post an example of the picture you have.
At least one frame to set the analysis, so somebody could try to write down a draft of the macro.
