Dear List,
I am looking into improved reconstruction (interpolation) of JPEG-compressed images, for which I want to access the original 8x8 DCT tiles and associated quantization tables -- in Java. I was wondering if anyone had a quick idea or pointer in this direction. Can this be done with JAI? Any hints gladly appreciated.
