Hi all,
I need to analyze 2D images obtained from txt or csv generated by another software. The import process is OK bu I have this stupid (to my limited understanding): the size of the images is 155 columns x 8500 files. Therefore, ImageJ displays a very long image (a sort of strip) difficult to anayze properly. Of course, I can zoom, but my analysis require to have a "whole picture". I´ve compressed the long dimension of the image simply using Image > Adjust > Size (155x8500 => 155x850) but this could miss small features of the original image. What I need is to compress one dimension of the window containing the image forcing the image to compress simultaneously. Is that possible? I´ve looked for it in the documentation without success.
