How to debug ImageJ's plugins in Eclipse?

panovr
Hi,
sorry for asking this question again.
I installed JDK 6.0 beta2 on my computers, and ImageJ
runs smoothly.
  In http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/developer/NBTutorial.html,
Gali Baler describes detailed instructions on how to debug
ImageJ's plugins in NetBeans.
  I download NetBeans 5.0 from http://www.netbeans.org. Following
Gali's instruction, I complete the process successfully.
  I download Eclipse 3.2 M5a from http://www.eclipse.org, and want
to use the same strategy like above to debug ImageJ's plugins in
Eclipse. However, after several hours' work, I cann't succeed.
Gali wrote previously: "I finished writing up the NetBeans tutorial.
Now I am trying to write a turorial for Eclipse."
Hi Gali, how about your Eclipse tutorial? I am eager to see such a
tutorial :)
By the way, on my 17' BENQ LCD display, both NetBeans and Eclipse's font
are comfortable, but on my 14' Sony VAIO notebook, I found NetBeans's font
is small and less comfortable than Eclipse. Also, the respond time of
NetBeans GUI is slower than Eclipse's GUI. SWT is better than Swing in
some places.
NetBeans's default font is Monospaced, if I change it to Courier New,
then NetBeans can not display Chinese charaters.

Sincerely
Yili Zhao

NIH LISTSERV Server - behavior

Gary Chinga
Wayne,

When I send an email to the list I get the corresponding "Approval"
email for confirmation. After confirming the email a notice about the
successful distribution to the list is sent. However, after some days
a new "Approval email" is sent to me, though the same email has
already been approved and distributed. Since I dont approve this
already approved email I get the following message:

Your message is  being returned to you unprocessed because  it
appears to have
already been distributed to the IMAGEJ list. That is, a message with
identical
text (but  possibly with different mail  headers) has been posted  to
the list
recently, either by you or by someone  else...

Is somebody else experiencing the same problem? Is my mailing system
or the list server that is duplicating the emails?

regards,

Gary.

Gary,
Yes, there seems to be a problem with some server in China that sends the
messages back to the list. in the sender's name (look at the headers of the
message, where this is coming from, there is a .cn server in there).

Not sure what to think of this, either a badly setup server/mailer, or a very
clueless list member forwarding the messages back to the list (the annoying
thing is that the messages are sent back with the faked headers, since the
look as if you sent the message).

One possibility is to block the ip addresses of the server and sender at the
list server level. This is likely to stop it because the messages seem to
come always from the same domain.

Some list members have not realised this and keep acknowledging the fake
messages as well (that is why there are sometimes duplicates in the list).

Cheers,

Gabriel
