Hi,
sorry for asking this question again.
I installed JDK 6.0 beta2 on my computers, and ImageJ
runs smoothly.
In
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/developer/NBTutorial.html,
Gali Baler describes detailed instructions on how to debug
ImageJ's plugins in NetBeans.
I download NetBeans 5.0 from
http://www.netbeans.org. Following
Gali's instruction, I complete the process successfully.
I download Eclipse 3.2 M5a from
http://www.eclipse.org, and want
to use the same strategy like above to debug ImageJ's plugins in
Eclipse. However, after several hours' work, I cann't succeed.
Gali wrote previously: "I finished writing up the NetBeans tutorial.
Now I am trying to write a turorial for Eclipse."
Hi Gali, how about your Eclipse tutorial? I am eager to see such a
tutorial :)
By the way, on my 17' BENQ LCD display, both NetBeans and Eclipse's font
are comfortable, but on my 14' Sony VAIO notebook, I found NetBeans's font
is small and less comfortable than Eclipse. Also, the respond time of
NetBeans GUI is slower than Eclipse's GUI. SWT is better than Swing in
some places.
NetBeans's default font is Monospaced, if I change it to Courier New,
then NetBeans can not display Chinese charaters.
Sincerely
Yili Zhao
