How to define the position of center

zhifeng_sd
I have the bone scanned by micro CT(about 40 slices).

Can I find the center of this bone (3D) by using ImageJ?

Hi Zhifeng,

Try Moments in BoneJ:

http://bonej.org/moments

Which will calculate the centroid of your bone. Make sure to set the thresholds and rectangular ROI to include the pixel values of your bone and exclude everything else.
