How to dispose CT raw. data with ImageJ

Hi,
   Recently, I have to dispose some CT raw. data which is a set of squence. And I had done some try, eg. inputing the original CT raw. data into Imagej, then using the plugin-3D viewer to check the raw. however, there is something wrong, what  had been displayed in Imagej was not 3D-image. Therefore, I need your help. How to achieve the aim that use Imagej to reconstruct CT raw. data in 3-dimention.

Hi,
I have the same problem as you: I use vff format, it's a raw encapsulation . I do my CT reconstructions with the software manufacturer.

If the community has a solution of reconstruction, I'm interested also.
