Hello everyone,
I have an image including a bunch of circular features. In order to measure their diameter, I m using roi manager by simply drawing a line between the longest distances. What I want to do is I want to draw kind of filled circles having the diameter based on my selections automatically. So, at the end of the process, all of the circular features that I select with lines will be indicated with filled circles having different diameters.
