How to measure root lengh using Phenopsis macro??

Hi people,

I'm in trouble to measure the roots in ImageJ by using the Phenopsis macros.

I've followed the instructions found in the manual, but I can't measure cause when I click on the root icon  it doesn't work as I hoped. The software "ask" to create a folder where should contain the individual measurement results of my roots' image, but it don't work. The image is open but none result is displayed, nor in the imagej's spreadsheet neither in the excel file created by the software.

Someone could help me or share any tutorial??
