Hello all,
I would like to open a 16bit color TIFF image that was acquired with a 12bit camera.
The image has a file size of 19MB and is displayed normally with Photoshop. When I try to open it with ImageJ it only displays in b/w and the information above the picture shows only 6MB.
I guess it only opens one channel?
I hope someone can help me...
