How to quantify branching in cells

Hello, I have been trying to quantify branching in neurons for the past couple of days.  I have tried Fiji's Skeleton plug-in but with no success.  Is there any other way to do so?  An example of a cell that I am trying to analyze is below.  Thank you in advance.
