How to register a CT scan and a SEM image

Hi ImageJ users,

I am trying to register a CT scan and a SEM image but haven't found any plugins that can do that.  To explain in more detail, my SEM image comes from some flat plane through the CT scan, not necessarily parallel to one of the slices.  Is there a plugin that can automatically calculate the translation, rotation and scale transformations from the SEM image to the CT scan?

I am aware that I can use TransformJ to painstakingly rotate the CT scan and SEM image until I get the desired alignment, but I am looking for an automatic version.
