How to shrink / enlarge a particular ROI?

Trupti Thite
Hi, I am trying to find a plug-in in ImageJ which can shrink / expand a ROI
by "certain percentage". Does anyone know how to do this?

I am trying to calculate fluorescence intensity on cell membrane vs
cytosol.

I know 2 plug-ins which can do this by either a pixel or a micron. But I am
looking for something which can be done by percentage as my images are not
acquired at same magnification.

Thanks,
Trupti.

What about the built-in command Edit>Selection>Scale ?

Hi Trupti,

But this is done in pixels. So, you need to calculate your percentage first.
