How to synchronize window so that ROIs match?

WangPing
Dear List,

I have one low resolution image and one high resolution image of the same object (they are two kind of MRI images).  While I draw ROIs on the high resolution image, I wanted to have the ROIs automatically mapped on the low resolution image.

Could anyone tell me how to do this?  since the two kind of images are different resolution, how to make the ROIs exactly match each other?

Appreciate any help!
Ping Wang

Dear Ping Wang,

I think in most cases this will be difficult as most ROIs are drawn on the edge or corner of a pixel. So if your resolution is different, hence the size of the pixels is different, you won't be able to make the ROIs exactly match each other. Without checking I think only the oval ROI and straight line have subpixel resolution, but somebody will correct me if I am wrong.

Best wishes

Kees

All types of selections support sub-pixel resolution.
