How to tack the cell movement (in phase-contrast images)

Hi All,

I have continuous images of cell movement and want to track the trajectory of cell quantitatively. Since the cells are captured under phase-contrast mode, they don't appear as the bright spots, but the bright rings (as shown in attached pic). Thus, the ParticleTracker plugin of ImageJ doesn't work for this case.

Does anyone know any software or plugin can solve this problem? Thanks a lot.
