How to use Miji or MIJ to render a volume using volume viewer (Not 3D viewer)?

Hi all,

I have a question about usage of Miji.

I found Miji is nice to connect between Matlab and ImageJ. Also, I checked their demo code and can run it using my own 3D data set. However, if I would like to use volume viewer (which is another 3-D renderer plug-in from Fiji) to render my data set, where do I have to start?

In particular, I can convert my data from Matlab type data to ImagePlus type data. However, after that how can I creat an empty volume viewer to start with? In 3D viewer case, we use ij3d class.

Do you have any experiences on this? or any advice?

I appreciate your any advice. Thank you.
