Dear all,
I need some help with my 4D image data set. I have a tiff file such that
for each time point I have 11 Z-sections. The total number of time points
is 63 i.e. 11 X 63 slices in all 693. My problem here is that in time
points 1 to 53 I need to remove Z sections 9 to 11 where as for time points
from 54 to 63nothing has to be removed. The reason for this being that for
time points 1 to 53 there is noisy data from Z sections 9 to 11. Later I
need to merge (maximum intensity projection) Z sections for each time point
to a single tiff for each time. However I need to remove the nosy Z
sections (9 to 11) from time points 1 to 53.
Can anyone please advise.
