Hysteresis Thresholding in 3D ImageJ suite

Jan Eglinger
Dear Thomas, dear all,

I am currently using your 3D ImageJ suite [1]. When using "3D Hysteresis
Thresholding" with a 16-bit image, the output is displayed as 16-bit and
scaled with the full 16-bit range as well, which makes the segmented
pixels (intensity 255) invisible. Of course I can apply 8/bit scaling
afterwards, but the behaviour is unintuitive for a novice user, and
8-bit would be a sufficient bit depth for the output.

Could you point me to the source code of mcib3d-core.jar, or send it to
me? Do you maybe even have a git repository somewhere? Then I'd be happy
to provide pull requests with my suggested change :)

Thanks for providing a great 3D suite!
Cheers,
Jan
