I need help!!

Dear sir:
      I need your help.Recently ,I  do some research about filter back
projection
reconstruction, and I get some projection data on
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/images/
name is stack-projections.zip , I want to get cross-section images
(by filter back projection )with these rotate image, firstly, I
spectlate that
the back projector module in volume J (http://bij.isi.uu.nl/vr.htm)can 
help me
to realize our objective, I guess the back projector can help me! But in
fact, I can not  do with the module, the module does not work,and I
only get black image.I do not  know the reason? I look forward to
anyone answer.I have write a mail to the author of the module,
but the author can not give me the final response.

Hi

You could possily use the plugin I recently submitted:  
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/radon-transform.html
This produces back projection data from 8 and 16 bit images. The
projection data can be saved as a text file.
I have not used the volume J back projector, so am not familiar with it.
