I want to sum up the pixel values of all the images (or may be every nth image) using ImageJ how to do it ?

I want to add up all the images, how should I do it ? Using a macro or a
plugin ?
I am new to ImageJ.

Dear Shaleen Jain

If I assume that you have a stack of images you can use Image > Stacks >  Z-Project...  and select the range and type of projection, in your case "Sum Slices"

If per chance you need to sum, or other summary, in the frame direction, see
