Hi Lucas,
Use the Li's ICA feature in the new Coloc_2 plugin instead.
It is actively maintained, and if there are problems we will fix them.
Coloc_2 is a bundled plugin in the Fiji distribution of ImageJ
so get it in the by default in Fiji, and remember to run the Fiji updater to get the latest version of Coloc_2.
