ICTN plugin without treshold option

Hi,

I am trying to count my cells with the ICTN plugin. It works very good on my own laptop. I try to get it working on another PC but now my threshold-option is gone. I can only set the width and minimum distance. Does anyone knows how I can get the threshold option back?

Hi Esther, don't know the exact answer, but what you could do is check if plugin version is the same (or try to move .jar file from your laptop installation folder to other pc) and if ImageJ version the same.
