Hello all,
Relatively new to ImageJ (but very impressed). I'm trying to pick out the darkest PERCENTAGE of pixels in my grayscale images for some medical research on a new esophageal imaging technique, with the ultimate goal to change their color to highlight their location within the tissue. I need the PERCENTAGE, because the absolute grayscale values differ from image to image. Any ideas about how to do this? I assume it has to do with a LUT but am unsure how to issue a percentage command and otherwise have been stuck with adjusting the threshold slider manually under each image... Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
