Image Annotation plugin available in ImageJ?

I was wondering if there is an image annotation plugin for ImageJ like the "Annotation Imaging Markup" (AIM - https://cabig.nci.nih.gov/tools/AIM)?

Image annotation can be realized if we just apply an image annotator via GOOGLE. There are so many free image annotating tool as long as we have a searching. With an image annotating, we can create and add annotation object to markup, highlight, note and underline image content to communicate with others better.
