I am trying to measure the lengths of a large set of features on either a DM3 file or a converted TIF image. The micrographs have been processed so that the features are generally only one dimensional. I have seen that people report using software to perform these measurements and report the values as a histogram. I could do this manually, but this would be very tedious and I am looking for a software solution that is at least semi-automatic. Any input or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
