Image Processing Postdoc Position at the EMBL

Dear friends of ImageJ,

there is job opening in the group of Takashi Hiiragi at the EMBL in Heidelberg. It is a very good lab and a great working environment. If you are interested contact Takashi: http://www.embl.de/research/units/dev_biology/hiiragi/contact/index.html

We are recruiting a postdoc who could work on automated processing of the live-images of mouse embryonic development. This would include lineage tracking, cell nucleus and membrane segmentation, and lineage-reporter expression analysis.

We have a nice postdoc fellowship programme called, EIPOD. The deadline is September 11th.
