Hello everyone,
Sorry for disturbing you guys. As a new bird for ImageJ as well as Fiji, could anyone give me some advice on choices for registration of 2D images with 12 channels (tiny displacement, perfection of over-laying is goal)? I have tried alignment on TrakEM2 (too slow), and I found a lot of ways on plugin-registration or plugin-SPIM registration. Could anyone give me some suggestion?
