Has anyone been able to use Image J to tag batches of images with new
meta-data?
I am running an Olympus FlouView confocal microscope facility and have a
large archive of 16-bit multi-TIFs that I would like to tag with user
specific info. The existing meta-data in these files contains useful
info about the hardware settings, but that info is not particularly
useful for the purpose of a database query.
