Hello,
I am looking for help calibrating an image. I am first using the Color Transformer plugin to convert RGB image to Lab color space, switching to 16-bit as to be able to calibrate and then attempting to calibrate the image. I want to be able to select wo or three areas in the image, and calibrate the image to those measurements, and then be able to measure different areas in the image and get appropriately changed L, a and b values. Calibrating for L a and b at the same time is not necessary I can do these individually in the seperate slices of the image, but after attempting to calibrate I am not able to get changing histogram values of different areas of the image. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
