Hi Soontharee,
make sure the ImageJ directory and its subdirectories are write-
enabled for the user(s) who want to compile plugins or update ImageJ
(right-click the folder as administrator, I guess that it is
somewhere in the "Properties" - I don't have Vista, so I can't try it)
