I have a very simple question to the cell counting or point picking plug in in ImageJ. My images are quite large and I have to scroll down to see all cells. When I start the cell counting or point picking plug in, it readily counts the crosses I drwa, but at the bottom of the screen it ends. It is not possible to scroll down. A lower magnification would not be enough for me to identify the cells.
Can anyone help me or advise another plug in for this simple task?
