ImageJ Windows 7 Launcher

Hi,
Just a curiosity. I recently switched from XP 64 bit to Windows 7. In
the former OS, clicking on the Launcher Icon  a new session opened even
if another one was already started. In Windows 7, once launched the
first session, it is not possible to use the launcher to start a second
one. I bypassed the problem launching ImageJ from the command prompt,
but I would be curious to know where is the trick and if there are
differences in the two approaches.
Thanks
Mario

Hi Mario,

If you go to Edit > Options > Misc.. you have the option to select 'Run single instance listener'. If selected, only one session will be opened.

Best wishes

Kees
