If your problem is just the font size: the ImageJ2 Script Editor [1]
supports changing the font size via the Edit > Font Sizes menu.
If your problem is that ImageJ in general is very small, you probably have
a HiDPI display. See this forum thread:
http://forum.imagej.net/t/how-to-increase-the-gui-font-size/552In short: you could try a pre-release of Java 9, or use Windows 10 or OS X.
