ImageJ and SWT

Hi,
  I remember previously some topics on
  o integrate SWT with ImageJ
  o factoring on imagej bringing it up to Java 1.5 with generics
  o using Eclipse to develop ImageJ plugins
  Are there some progress in these topics?
