ImageJ can't open .lif after I upgraded to Mac OS X 10.9

I have problems in opening .lif files with ImageJ after I upgraded the operating system to Mac OSX 10.9.
When I dragged the file to the workspace, something came up like this  and other files had this message .  I have updated ImageJ and Java to latest version, but the problems remain.  If anyone have any idea how to fix it?
