ImageJ crashes on OS X 10.8.5

Brooke Anderson-White
I have a MacBook Air running OS X 10.8.5 and initially ImageJ ran smoothly.  Now it has begun to crash to the point that it is not useable.  I have the most recent version of Java 7 (Update 45) and have re-downloaded ImageJ as well.  Both ImageJ and ImageJ64 crash.  Java does not appear in my applications/utilities folder so I have not been able to rearrange versions as some websites suggest and cannot find any options to change in "apple icon"/system preferences/java.

Does anyone have an answer?

Thanks,
Brooke

Hi Brooke,

Does Fiji (http://fiji.sc/) also crash for you?
